severed arm

here is my severed arm~
im very concerned with the green/burt umber background, i don't like it very much and i'm wondering if i should just put some textures in but keep it green

also, the severed part doesn't feel as gross as it should, does anyone have any suggestions so far? i'm not finished with it obviously but critisizm and suggestsions are more than welcome

my next piece is going to be a tail pipe, here is the image, im doing it in charcoal to give it that "smokey" yuckiness it needs, i'll post a pic of this one when it's done

oh my

it has been a while. unfortunetly i have no pictures to upload. The piece i 'm working on now is one of dog poop. it's going well i think but i have been very involved in the background and don't think i'll get it done by thursday (is that when its due??). Feel free to come up in the loft and give me any feed back you feel nessesary.

P.S. this is a big ass painting. the only big one i'll do in my concentration, so i'll be able to finish it and get my other pieces done with no problem i think.

oh, and the room i took the pictures in gave them all a yellow tint, so try to look past it :D
